- This is an open-level vinyasa class with a zoom option. Students can expect: Students can expect an energized, breath-centered practice in a supportive environment, with physically challenging poses for those who want them, and "off-ramps" for others.

- This is an open-level, active asana flow practice. Students can expect an energized, breath-centered practice in a supportive environment, with physically challenging poses for those who want them, and "off-ramps" for others.

Yoga Essentials, Sundays 2:00-3:15pm (Upper West Side)
- Open-level asana class appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners. Students can expect: to slow down and hold poses for a bit; to practice embodiment and the feelings of the shapes; to build strength and resilience on and off the mat.

Urban Zen Restorative Practice, Sundays 6:30-7:45pm (Upper West Side)
- A gentle practice of restorative yoga poses (with LOTS of props), mindful movements (all low to the ground, most of the movements are done while lying on the back), aromatherapy, guided meditations and hands-on reiki.
